Welcome to the frequently asked questions page. I welcome you to e-mail me with your questions!

How do I set up an appointment?

It's easy to set up a reading appointment. Begin by going to the
Schedule A Reading page. Once you've determined the length of time you'd like to schedule, fill out the no-obligation e-mail reading inquiry form. All information is kept confidential.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

I request a minimum 48 hour notice of cancellation and 24 hour notice should you need to reschedule your appointment.

I once had a reading where nothing came through, do I still have to pay for my reading?

If for any reason the connection can't be made within the first 15 minutes, I will usually end the session. At this point you'll be given the option to reschedule for another time. If you chose not to reschedule you will not be charged and your payment will be refunded. If the connection is not what I feel it should be I will let you know. It's important to me that my readings are as meaningful and helpful to you as possible.

What if I'm not happy with my reading?

You also will have the first 15 minutes to determine whether or not the reading feels right to you. Please do not go through an entire session and tell me later that you aren't satisfied with your reading. This is the equivalent of eating the hamburger and then complaining that it isn't done right. I deal with people who try to get free readings this way and so we must limit the time in which a client can decide if they aren't satisfied. There will be no refunds given after the first 15 minutes unless I determine otherwise.

Can I ask questions during the reading?

I suggest that you write any specific questions down prior to the reading.
Often these questions will automatically be answered during the reading.
However, the information that comes through will be up to those person's in spirit who are communicating and I must respect and allow them to
speak freely and without expectation, so remain open to their messages. What seems important to us isn't always what we need or what those on the other side wish to talk about.

Will my future be told?

Keep in mind that medium reading is not the same thing as fortune telling. Although future events will often be talked about this should not be the intent of the reading. Guidance will come through in whatever form is most helpful. Keep your mind open as there is often more helpful information that you may not have considered.

I'm afraid to know some things. Will I get bad news?

Remember these are your loved ones and guides who care deeply about you. A person who loves you would never give information that would harm or
otherwise cause you distress. Your reading will remain positive throughout and offer helpful information. No negative information will ever be given.

How often can or should  I get a reading?

Unless you are receiving life coaching or your life circumstances have
significantly changed since your last reading you shouldn't need to get a
reading more then once every three to four months at most, once or twice a year is average. You will not be allowed to become dependent on readings.

How do I know the information that comes up in a reading for real?

To be a healthy skeptic is normal, that's why validation is so important in a reading. I still ask that you not offer too much information when setting up your appointment  with my assistant, it isn't necessary. Although your info isn't shared with me (but for your name), I would prefer there not be any unnecessary info given that may cause you to question of the validity of the messages you receive during your reading.

What if I receive messages only for someone else, will I still be charged?
